Colorado Springs, CO – Rocky Mountain Health Care Services (RMHCS) is pleased to announce Charlie Stine as Chief Operating Officer. He brings over 30 years of operational health care leadership experience to Rocky Mountain Health Care Services.
Stine is looking forward to his new role. He stated, “We are placed in this world to care for one another, and the mission of Rocky Mountain Health Care Services is directly aligned with this greater purpose. This sense of mission and purpose is evident in every member of the team.”
After retiring from the United States Air Force, he served as Director of Rehabilitation, Respiratory Care and Orthopedic Services at Penrose-St. Francis Health Services. Stine’s most recent role was with Numotion as the Regional Director of Operations. Charlie has extensive experience in the mission-driven, non-profit health care environment and he is a Physical Therapy Assistant. He earned his Master’s Degree in Clinical Practice Management from George Washington University.

The nonprofit organization delivers exceptional care to enrich the lives of their participants and empower them to live vibrant, independent lives. The programs have served the Colorado Springs community since 1976.
