Prior to her promotion as the National Director of Care Continuum Compliance at CHI, she served in a quality capacity teaching facilities high reliability concepts, leadership methods and error prevention techniques. Kim served on a voluntary community bioethics committee for several years and also provided leadership for Innovage’s ethics program.
