Our Work

Employees at Rocky Mountain Health Care Services are instrumental in keeping individuals as highly independent as possible.
We deliver exceptional care to enrich the lives of our participants and empower them to live vibrant, independent lives.

We work towards this goal through programs that are designed to meet the specific needs of individuals living in El Paso County. All of our programs have worked toward this same goal since 1976.

In 2023, we became a proud partner with the Defense Department, joining the Defense Department’s Spouse Education and Career Opportunities program. In 2020, 2021, 2022, and 2023 we were selected as winners of The Gazette Best Workplaces in Colorado Springs for employers with 300 or more employees.

We were also announced as a recipient of the Better Business Bureau of Southern Colorado’s 2021 Excellence in Customer Service Award.
