Rocky Mountain Health Care Services COVID-19 Updates

Colorado Springs, CO – April 16, 2020 – The top priority of Rocky Mountain Health Care Services, which also operates as Rocky Mountain PACE, is the health, safety and well-being of our participants and our staff.

Below is a space where we will share updates and answer questions related to participants and their family caregivers. We will continue to provide details to keep you informed and connected, and we appreciate your flexibility and understanding during this time.

We Are Here for You

With stay-at-home orders in Colorado, we want to you to know that we are here for you. Our care teams are still working and will continue to support your needs through this challenging time. We will continue to check in with you and coordinate your medication, meals, essential medical appointments and medical care.

How We Are Providing Care

On March 11th, Rocky Mountain PACE made the careful decision to suspend day center and clinical appointments until further notice to limit social exposure. However, we are still committed to providing you essential care and services, to include:

  • Essential heath care appointments and services
  • Meal deliveries that offer great nutrition and light preparation
  • Transportation for essential medical appointments
  • Wellness calls from our staff
  • Personal care needs

Our Response

Rocky Mountain PACE has established a team that connects regularly to assess risk, along with new information or guidance from Centers for Medicaid and Medicare Services (CMS), the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and state and local public health departments. We are working closely with local, state and federal health officials to do everything possible to ensure the safety and health of our participants and staff, and will adjust our approach as needed.
